Emanuel is located at 1001 N. Capitol Ave. at the corner of Kilborn St. (which is one block north of M-43 westbound, Oakland Ave. and three blocks north of M-43 eastbound, Saginaw Street.) (Please note that Captiol Ave. is one-way southbound from Oakland on South.)

That means we’re ten blocks straight north of the State Capitol building. 

Our Parking lot is at the back side of the complex and can be entered from Seymour Street, which is one block west of Capitol.
